NEXT ONE: CHAMPAGNE KRUG , VERTICAL TASTING : SATURDAY 5th June 2010

This is the title given to the evening parties organized every three months in the fascinating atmosphere of the restaurant La Corte in Follina.
The project has its birth from the very wish of Zanon Family who desires that the guests not only live the restaurant as the place where to taste the high level of the cooking, but also deepen their wine passion.
During the evening parties, all the year round dedicated to very important wines, there will also be the most debated but also the most significant wine-producing country in the world: France.
It will be a unique opportunity to meet the natural typical cuisine based on flavours expressly studied by the chef  to accompany the main protagonists of the world art of wine-making.   
"Wonderful wine" is only a part of the project planned for gastromic passions. In fact, there will be evenings dedicated to particular typical products from radicchio -red chicory- from Treviso, asparagus, mushrooms, self-sown vegetables to Chef Concerto, or evenings with the most important cooks who will bring the haute cuisine in Follina, so as to offer that kind of cuisine which can really be the opportunity to make experience of the exaltation the the Five Senses. That is why when people talk about the table of La Corte, they mean to taste the Five Senses.
